[Chapter-delegates] Please welcome new ISOC-NY President Greg Shatan

Thank you, all.  I appreciate the confidence placed in me and the
opportunity to help continue the New York Chapter's good work.

Thank you particularly to Joly, for all he has done for ISOC-NY and the
larger ISOC and Internet worlds.  His are big shoes to fill and I have no
hope of doing all that Joly has done.  Thankfully, I will only be one of
many, with the rest of the ISOC-NY board, the ISOC-NY membership, all of
you, "Big ISOC", and especially Joly as our "Guardian Angel."  With all
that, I'm sure that the Chapter will continue to flourish in old and new
ways.
