Congrats, and a second kind reminder - would we all, please, consider sending congratulations directly to the person, who made the announcement, rather than copying the list? With more than 100 chapters, such congratulatory emails are causing more and more email traffic, which could instead be going only to the chapter that made the announcement, who are the right addresses anyway.
