[Chapter-delegates] Update on GDPR Opt-in

Hi Todd,
Thank you for the effort in trying to get back as many ISOC registered
members.
The 36,300 members reflect a reality.  In your last plea you might get back
another 10%.

It is time to forget those who didn't respond after all the attempts and
start with new campaign to recruiting/attracting the new ISOC generation.
Work bottom-up with the chapter leaders to activate their programs and
activate their members to feel that they are part of the community.  The
current model that all the programs are directed towards empowering the
chapter officers who have been in their positions for unlimited terms.
Direct ISOC programs to the chapter members and you will see that many
young people started joining the Internet Society. Have more of NextGen
programs giving priority to the general assembly members in the chapters.
It needs joint effort with Chapter officers to put more activities towards
this members.
