[Chapter-delegates] Celebrating World IPv6 Launch (2018-06-06)

Nicaragua chapter is planning a practical workshop for Telecom and
networking undergraduate students. Something like 2 hours, the first span
for theoretical intro, the second one for solving a topology (Not so deep
and strong, something friendly and easy)

If we can use the official materials or you can share some other ones will
be great!
