[Chapter-delegates] Announcing ISOC-LB new board

The Internet Society Lebanon Chapter (ISOC-LB) held its General Assembly
Meeting  and  conducted  a the Board Members Election on March 12, 2018 in
Beirut. The new board members met after the election session and
distributed the positions via an internal vote in compliance with ISOC-LB
governance bylaws.



ISOC-LB 2018-2019 officer positions are as follows:

   - President: Nabil Bukhalid
   - Vice President: Nicolas Rouhana
   - Secretary: Jack Bakaev
   - Treasurer: Layal Jebran



Thank you for the outgoing board members for their dedication and efforts;

Thank you for ISOC-LB members for their confidence and support to the new
board; and

Thank you for the ISOC Chapters and ISOC  Global for your support, and we
look forward to working closely with all of you!
