For those of you who are missing their voting ballot, please search for a message with the following info (please also check your Spam folder):

Subject: Invitation to vote in the 2018 ISOC BoT Chapters election
Initial blast: 08 Mar 2018 14:05 GMT

If you still don’t find your Chapter’s voting ballot, or if you are unsure about who your Chapter’s voting delegate is, then please reach out to me at <saegesser at isoc.org<mailto:saegesser at isoc.org>> (Veni, I’ll get back to you in a separate message).

A first voting reminder with the link to the ballot is also scheduled for early next week.

Each Chapter receives one voting ballot. By default the ballot goes to the Chapter president, unless the Chapter decided to appoint someone else as the Chapter’s Voting Delegate (and has added this role to the officer in question via the Chapter Portal).
