Dear Ines,
Each Chapter receives one voting ballot. By default the ballot goes to the Chapter president, unless the Chapter decided to appoint someone else as the Chapter’s Voting Delegate (and has added this role to the officer in question via the Chapter Portal).
I’ll get back to you in a separate message with the name of your Chapter’s voting delegate.
