[Chapter-delegates] 2018 ISOC Japan Chapter officers

The cherry blossoms are starting to bloom in Tokyo.

The Internet Society Japan Chapter (ISOC-JP) held the General Meeting
on March 15, 2018 in Tokyo.  At the GM, we conducted officers election.
The positions of the ISOC-JP 2018 officers have been determined by
mutual vote at first officers meeting yesterday as follows:

* Chair: Kumi MITANI
* Vice Chair: Takahiro NEMOTO
* Program Chair: Kaname NISHIZUKA
* Secretary: Hirotaka NAKAJIMA
* Treasurer: Tomohiro FUJISAKI
