[Chapter-delegates] IGF improvement - call for action

Dear Raúl

Congratulations for your excellent text. From my experience in the MAG, 
I share your vision on the present and future of the IGF and on the much 
needed improvements that must be implemented, so that the IGF keeps and 
increases its position as the most adequate venue for the discussion of 
new challenges on Internet Governance in a multistakeholder and 
inclusive environment.

There are many challenges ahead to achieve this goal. Improve tangible 
outcomes, make the IGF more relevant to governments and companies, 
improve outreach to communities that are not yet included in the IGF, 
achieve sustainable funding, and support participation of underserved 
communities are just a few of them. Let's work together to help address 
and solve them in a sustainable way.
