[Chapter-delegates] 2018 Board of Trustees Elections (Chapter)

Hello Hiroshi,

While reviewing the list of candidates I was surprised to see the gender
imbalance. Are there any policies or plans to put any in place regarding
gender balance in candidate lists in the future?

Glad to see candidates involved in Community Networks !
