[Chapter-delegates] Announcing the Internet Society’s new President & CEO

Dear all,


congratulations with this wonderful news. I first met Andrew when he
was working with Steve Crocker at Shinkuro, and I can underwrite that
he is entirely committed to the vision of the open internet. He is also
a bright, strategic thinker - and on top of that has a deep
understanding of technology. A great fit with our organisation, and so
something that will strengthen Internet Society and our ability to
fulful our mission.

So thank you Gonzalo and the rest of the selection committee for this
wonderful present, and of course also congratulations to Kathy for
getting a successor she can confidently leave her POTIS hat to.
