Alexander,
I think that your toolkit is not only good, but it also addresses a major
issue for the future of the chapters, in terms of privacy and security for
any local funding activity. As we have seen, all internet users
increasingly rely on social network platforms that guarantee neither.
Chapters should lead in the search for secure internet presence for all its
activities, and I think the toolkit is exemplary in that direction. They
can still keep a presence in social platforms for information purposes. But
they should lead in respective countries in terms of this type of
innovation.
