[Chapter-delegates] Chapter Toolkit needs just a few more supporting chapters before tuesday...

Hello all,

On the 5th of June I sent a mail to this list detailing the progress of the
Chapter Toolkit project.

It was also an invitation to support the project by sending a reply mail,
because without enough support from chapters, the project will not get
proper funding and therefore unfortunately come to an end.

Many chapters have answered positively, but...

*we need a few more to be safe.*

So please,

*Reply to this email, and state that on behalf of your chapter you wish the
project to continue and support our request for funding.*

We will then forward your message to the Chapter Advisory Council.
