[Chapter-delegates] Inviting comment on an upcoming white paper: “What can Blockchain do for Identity”

Dear colleagues,
The latest white paper, “What can Blockchain do for Identity,” is 
now available through https://isoc.box.com/v/public-preview

This paper builds upon and broadens existing Internet Society positions 
and material, including our past work in identity-related topics 
https://www.internetsociety.org/issues/identity/.

As a reminder, during this preview period, which will run until 
end-of-day Friday 9-March-2018, we would be particularly interested in 
your input on the following: as a “white paper" the aim has been to 
keep the overviews concise and the content useful, while providing links 
to more in depth background information.  At the same time, however, we 
would like to know: Are there any major points that we missed in the 
coverage of the issues?
