[Chapter-delegates] Two ISOC members from Europe appointed in the EU HLEG on fake news

Thank you, Borka and Olga.
It is definitely an interesting experience - we had our first meeting
yesterday, and the discussions are quite fascinating. There are already
some articles in different languages, and the statement

by EU commissioner Gabriel and our chairwoman, Madeleine, which give
