[Chapter-delegates] Chapter Membership Cancellation Notifications

This is a misunderstanding. We do receive mails from AMS (the list is 
there and mails are comming).  The mail 
list we have is for members living in Slovenia that are comming to our 
events and year assembly. The other mmebers on the AMS list are from 
countries outside Europe or elsewhere and these members have never 
contributed anything to our work as they  have never contacted the chapter members and the 
officers. So, we know nothing about them!

This is not problem only  with our chapter, so this system  should 
be considered if it is appropriate.
