[Chapter-delegates] my petition

Dear members of the Chapter delegates list,  I decided to propose my petition to concur for a seat in the Internet Society Board, elected by the chapters. My motivation is that, havig been among the founders of the Internet Society in 1992, after a long pause in ICANN environment, I desire to contribute to next evolution of the Internet eco-system in the most appropriate home. In order to be included in the short list of candidates, I need your contribution, in order to reach required number of supporters (nine supporting votes minimum).
