Thanks for sharing, Glenn. It's interesting to note that the telecoms 
regulator made a call for comments on a "net neutrality code of 
practice" which later   morphed into an "internet industry code of 
practice" but they were nice enough to take feedback from us and improve 
the draft. They did try to sneak in issuance of "takedown notices" for 
websites with offensive/illegal content but our current engagement with 
them is that such orders have to be in the form of proper court orders 
since anything short of that is likely to be abused by "security 
agencies".
