[Chapter-delegates] New addition to the Chapter Tools Community Project: Privacy Centric Search

My colleagues Max in the Haiti Chapter broad has already contacted to have
this template but no answer to assist him . He spoke about what OS will
host this domain?

We need an online presence for our chapter in Haiti.
