[Chapter-delegates] 2018 ISOC Board of Trustees Election Certification

 I like to  reiterate  John More  comments.  obviously a hearty welcome
back to Walid to the BOT but also  a shout out to  Robert Pepper   John
pointed out the  high "level of participation by the Chapters"  he
acknowledges  — helped no doubt by numerous reminders from the staff and
the willingness of the candidates to run for the office.      Thanks John
for  recognizing the extra efforts of staff to keep the process top of
mind.   I need to point out that  we had a excellent crop of individuals to
pick from and  we clearly need to find a way that these folks continue
engaged with ISOC.
