We did and it we had. We have traditionally worked well together, each at our own different speed but always trying to help each other.

Agreed. I wish things had gone differently but the ISOC-ES chapter has never had an issue with there being other Chapters in Spain. Quite the contrary, the ISOC-ES bylaws defer to more localised Chapters where they exist. We are also open to anyone who chooses to join ISOC-ES instead of, or in addition to, their regional Chapter. Finally, ISOC-CAT is a cultural-oriented Chapter so its scope is probably global.
I believe we all agree with ISOC’s goals for the Internet so as long as we keep that in mind and as our common goal we should all get along just fine.
