[Chapter-delegates] Steve Crocker's leaving the ICANN Board

Wow!... does that mean 25 years was actually spent on getting a single node
up? That must have been significant work tagged along with a lot of self
control and trust. Perhaps the concept of a node is much different at that
time.[1]
