[Chapter-delegates] Steve Crocker's leaving the ICANN Board

And to close the loop ... I did not take the picture. ;)
(is that a double negative?)

My best memory of Steve was when, at a small ICANN get together at a hotel
somewhere in the world (probably a Board-GAC thing), out of the clear blue
sky, he gave me an out of circulation currency note from his legacy
Caribbean travels (circa the 70s I believe).

(Actually pretty poignant coming to think of it, given the grave situation
facing our Caribbean brothers and sisters over the last few weeks ...)

I remember thinking then ... what an interesting life Steve Crocker has led
... I wondered if I can do something as disarmingly meaningful as that when
I next meet a colleague in order to steal a shared memorable moment.

Thanks for the great work ... and for the memories, Steve.

Sincerely,

Tracy
