[Chapter-delegates] 25 under 25 Livestream redo is coming.

There was, unfortunately, an encoder crash during the 25 under 25 Ceremony
leading to a lenthu outage on the Livestream.

I am awaiting video footage, after which I will restream (with captions),
maybe on Monday.
