Sri Lanka is not listed as celebration node - https://www.internetsociety.org/intercommunity/2017/celebrate , from my understanding, the chapter is planning to organize a local ‘remote hub’ in Colombo where community can watch / join InterCommunity 2017 together on a big screen?

 

In that case, the best (and probably the only) approach will be to join the event (anytime convenient to chapter) through InterCommunity Player. 

 

I am copying my colleague, Gregg Lechner, leading our technical team and can answer better.
