[Chapter-delegates] Welcome on board: Recognition of IoT SIG

Hi,

I would prefer to see "isoc" somewhere in the middle of the registered name.

Since the SIG is an ISOC one, for example, "isoc-iotsig.org" instead of "
iotsig.org".
