[Chapter-delegates] Welcome on board: Recognition of IoT SIG

Dear friends,

It will be our honor to join the team of you that made the magic come true.
We believe that ISOC with the partners from industry can make another dream
come true, we believe that IoT will change the world at least the same
positive way that internet did.

Have much to say, but the main thing is-we, more than 100 founding members
of this SIG from Armenia, Georgia, Ukraine and Belarus (hope to spinning
off the geography of members already in a week), are proud to work with all
of you.

Please don't affraid if we ask for your advices and support-we are still a
newbie and need good supportive hands and strong minds to grow😀
