H. List of requirements
Botswana government provides guidelines and laws to be followed when registering for registration of a society. We have met all the legal requirements and been approved by our local bye laws and are now legalized. However, our members can propose to change our constitution anytime or can be changed to meet the requirements for affiliation to Internet Society. Once recognized as an affiliate, we will go to the register of societies to make any amendment, recommended, deemed fit and necessary by Internet Society for us to be fully recognized. It is requirement to show proof of affiliation before a change in name can be effected.
