[Chapter-delegates] CEO Succession at ISOC

Hi, Gonzalo.
We should all say "thank you" to Kathy for her service -- as ordinary
ISOC members, and people, who may have met Kathy at events around the
world.
...
As chapter leaders, perhaps you could tell us how we could be of help in
the search process? E.g., are you looking for Americans only, or you
would expand the search to include people from around the world? Do you
want us to spread the word in our chapters? Do you expect that the
candidate should have some experience in the non-profit sector (e.g.
running similar NGOs?), etc., etc.
