[Chapter-delegates] Proposal to revise ISOC's mission statement

Hi Eduardo,

thanks for your comments. Yes, the comments about the terms "champion"
and "sound" have been made by other non-native English speakers. When we
worked on the proposed text, we checked how it would translate to a few
other languages and sometimes it is not easy to find terms that
translate well to every other language. In any case, we will look into
this again.

With respect to the "as a" construct, the original proposal was closer
to what you propose but preliminary feedback indicated that being more
explicit was preferred (FWIW, I myself also think something along the
lines of your proposal would sound better).
