[Chapter-delegates] Welcome on board: Recognition of US Illinois Chapter

As I have already said on ISOC Connect, the New York Chapter is very happy
with this development, and looks forward to much collaboration with our
Windy City area colleagues!

I note the supposed Chicago chapter site is still up at
http://www.isoc-chicago.org - is there any progress on resolving that
situation?
