[Chapter-delegates] New ISOC-CH Board

At its Annual General Meeting on 29 March 2017, the ISOC-CH General Assembly
elected the following Board:

Chair: Roxana Radu
Vice-Chair for Internal Affairs: Markus Kummer
Vice-Chair for External Affairs: Richard Hill
Secretary: Wolf Ludwig
Treasurer: Michael Hausding

This is the same Board as last year, except that we have a new Secretary,
since our current Secretary will be leaving Switzerland to pursue a Masters
degree.
