[Chapter-delegates] ISOC Board Meeting Recordings

Dear Chapter Delegates,
On behalf of ISOC Board Chair Gonzalo Camarillo, I’m pleased to inform you that the board’s public sessions - including Observer sessions - will now be recorded, and that links to the recordings will be posted at the ISOC website.  

The board decided to record the Observer sessions in response to a suggestion by Joly MacFie.  Previously, only Open Forum sessions were recorded.
