[Chapter-delegates] Welcome New ISOC Senegal Chapter Board - Nouveau Bureau de ISOC Sénégal

Dear Colleague,
On behalf the new board, I would like thank the Chapter ISOC-SN and all
outgoing board for their trust and their commitment.
And, note members of previous board will continue to be active as members
of the Advisory Committee.
Special Thank to Alex for his leadership since 1998.
I look forward continued support from our community to meet new challenges.
