This point exposes the fallacy shared with many policy makers regarding Internet resource usage and affordability.

It starts with the assumption that the Internet is an open, free and neutral platform. It is not!

This is because many corporate make substantial amount of investment in the development and technological advancements evolving around the Internet.
Therefore, when advocating for these services, do not forget many stakeholders (government included) do consider sustainable development approach when offering solutions; both to the business and the consumers... They just don't develop.
