[Chapter-delegates] FYI - Seeking a "Multilingual Editor" for our website team - and taking a different approach to languages in the new site

Chapter-delegates,

Last week during the discussion about the beta of the website, there were a couple of comments about language support with the current website.
One comment was this one:

Having the content in the most spoken languages was problem in the current website and I could see it is going to be the same for the new website.

I mentioned in a reply that I would be out soon with a blog post on the topic - and today I published that post:

As noted in the post, we want to do things differently with the new site so that we do NOT wind up with the problems we have in the current website.
