[Chapter-delegates] Announcing - new beta site of redesigned Internet Society website

Thanks Dan for giving us insights of what to expect.

Having the content in the most spoken languages was problem in the current
website and I could see it is going to be the same for the new website.

Now we have the Middle East regional Bureau, would be good to coordinate
with them to have the coming new in Arabic.
