[Chapter-delegates] Announcing - new beta site of redesigned Internet Society website

Usually I'm very positive about any tool or proposal that helps us as chapters, with our members.

I've been trying AMS from several years now and feel not confortable at all with this system.

Very limited system, just to send very short text emails to our members. 

Any, allow me repeat any free or open source system is, for miles, better than our AMS.

Agree with the proposal to change it asap.
