[Chapter-delegates] Welcome to Chapterthon 2017!

Dear Chapter Leaders,

We are pleased to announce Chapterthon 2017 kick off! We have received a total of 45 subscriptions* to the Marathon and we are excited to begin this global challenge! Let's work together and show how Internet is bringing development and opportunities to our communities!

As a reminder of the process, below are next coming steps:


  1.  Today the staff will send individual messages to Chapter members calling for proposals.
  2.  Members will send proposals to you (Chapter contact email) until July 10th. Please make sure that your contact email in connect is correct.
  3.  You (Chapter Board) will have from July 11th to July 31st to select the project that will represent you in the marathon.  (1 project per Chapter)
  4.  Once you select an unique project , you can authorize , the project members to apply via Zoom grants. The application in Zoom grants will open from August 1st to Sept 15th.
