[Chapter-delegates] Application to form a Chapter in Mumbai, India

Dear Chapter Leaders,
After reading their application document, we make these following comments
to them: At the begining like this, they should elect or nominate their
leaders (or interim leaders), also choose the governance model, and fix all
of this inside their bylaws.
Surely ISOC staff in charge of Chapter will assist them on this, as they
said that most of the members are young people.
Since the founding members commit themselves to run the ISOC chapter with
their application sent to ISOC, we, the ISOC Cameroon Chapter is happy to
support approval of the application for the Mumbai chapter.

Warm regards,
/Janvier Ngnoulaye
President ISOC Cameroon Chapter
