[Chapter-delegates] [Community Input] WTDC-17 Background Paper

Dear Chapter Leaders,

 

The ITU World Telecommunication Development Conference (WTDC-17) is taking place in Buenos Aires, Argentina on 9-20 October, 2017. As a Sector Member of the ITU Telecommunication Development Sector (ITU-D), ISOC will be participating. As part of our preparations, we have developed a Draft WTDC-17 Background Paper that is intended to provide an overview of the conference and outline ISOC’s main objectives for the conference. 

 

We invite you to read the draft paper and provide any comments/feedback by Monday, August 7th. 

 

Please note that the paper is intended as an informational paper, particularly for audiences that are less familiar with the conference.
