[Chapter-delegates] Reporter's request re: CEO resignation

Folks

For newpolicynews.com, I'm writing up Kathy's resignation. I've known her
for many years to be very able and a basically decent person, so I have all
the color I need. I'll make a point of describing her role in bringing the
IGF back from the dead to become a useful place to exchange ideas.

I'm writing to the list to ask for comments on Brown's achievements in
ISOC. I'm going to include my opinions on how ISOC should be reaching out
to the global south and incorporating into ISOC the half of the internet
effectively not included. (China is one-third of the net today, by most
measures.)

To balance my article, I'm looking for specific comments about meaningful
achievements, particularly about building bridges across the North-South
divide. I'll probably include
anything you send verbatim.

Do praise her freely. I'm very disappointed in ISOC since 2012 and want to
include other opinions.
