Dear Colleagues,

As we’re rapidly moving towards 2018 and since you have certainly already started planning your new Chapter year, we’d like to let you know that we plan to launch the Chapter Admin Funding Programme 2018 as early as possible in the year (mid-February) to allow enough time for you to apply and actually use these funds throughout the year.

As you know, the Chapter Admin funding is available to Chapters to fund local registrations, legal and accounting costs, liability insurance for the Officers of the Chapters, membership management, invoice processing, organization of the general assembly, or even general admin support.

To make this process as smooth as possible, here a few points that are important:

- The deadline for submitting the reports for 2017 Admin funding was 30 November 2017. If you have not submitted your reports yet, please do so as soon as possible, since this is a pre-condition for applying for 2018 funds.

- The next round of Chapter performance evaluations will be done before 31 January 2018 to define the amounts of 2018 Chapter Admin funding available to each Chapter respectively. Your regional Chapter Development Manager will reach out to you individually to discuss the results.

 - Once the amounts have been defined, the Admin Funding programme will be launched by mid-February and will remain open until June.

 - Please also include a rough action plan for the 2018 activities of your Chapter with the application

A timeline for the other funding programmes, such as Beyond the Net and the Chapterthon will be shared in early 2018.

Please reach out to your regional Chapter Development Managers if you have any questions or comments in relation to the above.

Best regards,

Christine
