[Chapter-delegates] Open letter regarding WTO

As you surely already heard, the government of Argentina has blocked the
participation of some 60 people from civil society in the WTO Ministerial
meeting that is currently taking place.

A group of civil society organizations has drafted an open letter to the
United Nations to denounce this violation of the rights of freedom of
expression and peaceful assembly.
