[Chapter-delegates] CEO Succession at ISOC

Excuse me if this was addressed perviously... 

Will the chapters' input emails be shared with the rest of the community e.g. on an intranet or Yammer type site so other chapters can also see them? Bonus ask: Perhaps others can support/oppose such proposals, even with simple Like/Dislike buttons.

Openness will ensure the best ideas get the greatest support and are not somehow disappearing into an email account that the rest of us have no access to. 

Of course, if someone sends an email saying they do not want their email to be publicly available, they may have that choice...
