[Chapter-delegates] Passing of David Vyorst

Thank you for sharing this very sad news. David was definitely a strong advocate for the Internet Society's mission of an open, trusted Internet for everyone - and for the Internet Society itself. I only had the opportunity to work with him a couple of times, supporting remotely some panel sessions on encryption and Internet fragmentation that ISOC DC organized. But as a writer / blogger myself (or "content creator", as we say these days), I was certainly seeing all the great work David was doing with the ISOC-DC Chapter.  He definitely helped give the Internet Society a strong presence in the DC area.

His passing is indeed a loss for all of us.  I don't know how many remember, but back in 2015 he directed and produced a video along with Paul Brigner about encryption, privacy and trust:   https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=F2D5dVtHXV8 <https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=F2D5dVtHXV8>  I may try to carve out some time today to watch it again in his memory.
