[Chapter-delegates] Revised Chapter Charter

ISOC Malaysia is glad to inform that we have reviewed the revised Chapter Charter Agreement, and currently is working with the Malaysia's Registrar of Societies concerning the requirements of the revised charter agreement.

We hope to be able to meet all the requirements and sign the agreement by January 2018.
