*DESCRIPTION: *Chapter AC meetings shall be open to Chapters Delegates and
Chapter Leadership

*24 Oct 2016:  *Based on a decision made at the previous Chapters AC
meeting, the meeting will be open to all Chapters Delegates and Chapter
Leadership.
*07 Mar 2017: *Note from Secretary: This decision was not recorded in the
previous meeting notes as stated. I suggest to re-ratify this in this
meeting again. This refers to open the full ChAC meeting.[Decision] Send
for formal approval to the mailing list, since there was no quorum at the
present meeting.
*24 April 2017: *[Decision] Approved by consensus on mailing list

However, still interested to know how you will manage the two classes of
attendees.
