Hi All

ISOC now should come up and put efforts at the international organizations
like UN level to bring the internet access as a basic human rights list.
Efforts done in past are much appreciated and https://internetshutdowns.in/
is a good start for having facts and figure collection to enhance the
already adopted strategy in a more effective way.
