No, we send these messages intentionally to the Chapter Delegates list because Chapters which have not named a delegate to the ChAC can nevertheless designate a person to attend the ChAC meeting as an observer.

Unless I'm mistaken this is another example of a mail that is meant to go exclusively to ChAC Representatives going to the Chapter Delegates list.

 

Something should be done to remedy this situation.
